Do you Offer a Delivery Date Guarantee ?
No we do not offer Delivery Date Guarantee as it totally varies and depends upon the Postal service once we ship from our end. We can only do our best to make it as soon as possible from our end.
How much does Shipping cost ?
All orders are delivered via Canada Post. When checking out, shipping is calculated and shown. The size and weight of the shipment affect the shipping expenses. Please be aware that delays are occurring because there are so many shipments at Canada Post during holiday season and also being short staffed.
Do you Offer Returns ?
We don't accept returns because of the nature of our items. All sales are final. To help us assess the situation and put things right, please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and let us know right away if anything is amiss, damaged, or defective.
